Mesona Chinensis/Dried Grass Jelly Leaves/Xian Cao
Dried Grass Jelly Leaves or Mesona Chinensis is a species of plant belonging to the genus Platostoma of the mint family. Mesona Chinens is primarily used in making Grass jelly. It is a popular dessert in East Asia, normally eaten in jelly form or drunk as a cooling and soothing beverage, dessert and herbal drink .
Cassava Starch
All purpose flour made with 100% fresh cassava from Indonesia. It has no additives and processed with biotechnological process using a hygiene method to ensure high-quality cassava flour that resembles the characteristics of wheat flour.
Black Pepper
Black pepper is a spice that comes from the seeds of a pepper plant which is dried whole unripe fruit. The spicy taste of pepper, is used to add flavor to the cuisine, because pepper has a spicy taste and distinctive aroma.
Fresh Mangosteen
Mangosteen (Garcinia mangostana) is a tropical fruit plant that grows in warm and stable temperatures such as Southeast Asia. The mangosteen fruit has a beautiful skin color that is purple. The taste of the fresh sweet and sour mangosteen fruit becomes one very delicious with a fresh aroma and has high nutritional value.
Vanilla Planifolia
Vanilla planifolia is a species of vanilla orchid/ Orchid family (Orchidaceae). This plant is often called the treasure or green gold of Indonesia, because it has a very high economic value. It is native to Mexico and Belize.
