DESICCATED COCONUT
Dessicated coconut is made from fresh and mature fruit of coconut which has been shredded and dried accordingly. Our Desiccated Coconut is unsweetened. The white coconut meat is granulated into various desired cuts. We provide 2 grade options of Desiccated Coconut, they are available as High Fat grade and Reduced Fat grade. They are also available in 2 sizes for each grade : Fine and Medium Grade. Fine grade is smaller particle size than the Medium grade. It is mostly consumed in the preparation of bakery, confectionery and other food product.
Our desiccated coconut is made from selected coconuts of the best coconut in Indonesia. It has a clean white color, free of foreign flavours and odours. It has a naturally pleasant coconut taste and aroma.
Our Desiccated Coconut already certified with : Halal, Kosher, HACCP, Organic EU, USDA Certified & FSSC 22000.
